The dreaded Fantasy Suite card! Gasp!

Just ONCE, could even ONE of the final 3 women on "The Bachelor" not sell out when the Fantasy Suite card comes out? ;) I actually think this Bachelor, Matt, is one of the more genuine guys that have been on the show. Either way, I just think it's crazy that they are all so eager to take it to that level already! It amazes me....aren't there any women with morals or a code of ethics anymore? I guess women with those attributes wouldn't be fighting over a man on a tv show either though?....Anywho, I'm hoping Shayne gets it cuz she seems fun! And I think she's gorgeous. Also, did any of you guys shout at the screen "stop saying LIKE every other word!" to the girl that got kicked off and then called him a douchebag?!

It's worth watching.

My brothas....

I'm am SOOO proud of all 4 of my brothers! They are ALL amazing in different ways and for different reasons. Here's a couples vids that my equally amazing sis-in-law, Angela;)posted on YouTube. Here's Jarod, a.k.a. "J-Rod," racing in his Thunder Roadster #91 pullin' in 4th! Yeah, boi! This is only his second year racing, too. I believe Jarod placed in the Nationals last year, too! He got first in one of the races, I can't remember which. :Z But regardless, I'm impressed. Then the video below is Todd ROASTIN' another Mustang a couple weekends ago! I will tell you, I actually peed my pants just a lil' the first time Todd gave me a ride in it....hey, you would have too! Don't judge me! ;) Jaakson made me watch these videos over and OVER. He kept saying "Fast car! McQueen!"....but that's ok, I didn't mind. :) Hopefully I'll get to make it down to Saint Jorge soon to watch my boys in action in viva Las Vegas...

America's Next Top Model & Girlicious....

Reality TV is like crack. You know it's bad for you but you keep going back to it.....Now that I have more time on my hands occasionally (and YouTube accomadates the times when I don't), I have become engrossed in some serious reality TV. One of my faves is The Bachelor. It's like a horror movie! I'm screaming at the TV and telling the characters to not go in the Fantasy Suite with him! Don't tell him "I love you" after three weeks of dating! I know they won't end up together but it's like a train crash; it's absolutely horrifying watching these girl-women act so completely obsessed and needy! Biggest Loser, ANTM, and Girlicous top it all off throughout the week. I need rehab.

Back to my babies.....

After that crazy weekend, I really missed my little family! It's SO nice to just be home with my babies today. They are so stinkin' cute.....Shae has started rolling over onto her side and bringing her feet up to her mouth! It's so cute! Here is Jaakson playing with her and trying to get her to smile. He's such a good big brother.

Saturday Night....

So since our friend, Jamie, couldn't make the bridal brunch she set up V.I.P. for Debbie and a couple of us at Harry O's club in Park City that night so we could go show the Bride off and "move it" a little bit to remind us of how sexy we can be. ;) It was SUCH a good time! I know Klint and the other menfolk appreciate it when we return from these occasional girl's night excursions with new moves for them! *Thanks Jamie! *Note: apparently I don't know how to make a normal face when I'm dancing.....

Saturday Early Evening...

On Saturday night Klint and I went to see the Utah Symphony at Abravenal Hall in Salt Lake. We had the pleasure of hearing/seeing Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto with violinist, James Ehnes. I have never experienced such a vast array of emotions in such a small amount of time! We LOVE going to these operas and symphonies together. We really do. It's very romantic and we love to discuss the music during intermission and afterwards. Klint has taught me so much about music in the past 5 1/2 years we've been together...I realized that I still have SOOO much to learn about music history and etc. I love that we both share such a passion for music.

Saturday Afternoon...

One of my very best friends EVER, Debbie, is getting married on May 3rd and so I threw her a bridal brunch/shower at Mimi's Cafe! We watched a DVD music slideshow I made of Carl and Debbie, played a Q&A game w/Deb, and then she opened our scandalous presents! My favorite parts were when Debbie's mouth was OVERFLOWING with juicy Dubble Bubble gum (thanks for the idea, Katie;). It was especially funny when Debbie opened a Victoria's Secret present which involved slinky, black lace and realized the little 9 year old girl sitting next to us was watching intently with her mouth dropped open in fascination. Debbie hurriedly exclaimed, "Oh well...uh, thanks for the nice doily, Carrie!" and put the scandalous piece back in the safety of it's box.

Friday Night....

My 3 nieces are crazy! But in a fun-crazy kinda way that only little girls have! ;) Kenzie (8), Halle (6), and Savannah (2) are Chad & Tara's girls and we love having them over to our apartment! The sugar-topped added bonus is that Jaakson absolutely ADORES these cousins so much that I shamelessly exploit this fact and use it to get him to behave for the whole DAY leading up to their visit....muah, ha ha! :P
