Breaking Dawn Book 4 of the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer!

NOTE: No spoilers in the following paragraph!

I finished the book LATE Friday night on our way down to St Jorge! I have been dying to discuss it with everyone who has finished it but there's always someone in close proximity who is still reading it or hasn't gotten to the last book yet or etc!!!! So here's my idea, in your comment tell me your thoughts!
We can discuss it that way!

WARNING: anyone who HASN'T finished reading "Breaking Dawn" DO NOT read the comments to this post!

I loved the book! I'd give it a 9/10!

1. I read and reread the part when Jacob imprinted on Nessie! I DID NOT see that coming! I was absolutely shocked! I'm usually pretty good at picking up on foreshadowing.

2. I would've loved to have seen Bella ROCK the Volturi and not just hold them at bay during the encounter.

3. I straight-up got annoyed with the whole part about Edward hurting Bella "and etc" on their honeymoon. That part dragged on FOREVER for me! What, with all the feathers, bruises, and demolished headboards.... I mean Geez! I get the point already! Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed the honeymoon chapters. :)

4. Do you think she left the end open enough because she might possibly continue the series further in the future, if she wanted? It seemed that way to me (Volturi and possible love triangle with Jacob/Nessie/Other half vampire dude from South America). I don't know if I'm ready for the adventure to end already!
What are your thoughts?

Oh my goodness!! I love talking about this book any chance I get!! I loved it. It was not what I expected, but that's why I loved it so much. I do wish the Volturi would of made a bigger deal about Bella's "gift", but I loved the part where Jane was trying to use her "gift" and It wasn't working and Bella just smiled. Love it!! I think I saw an interview with Stephanie Meyer and she sort of hinted to other stories through different characters. So we will see!! I was really surprised about how many people did not like the book. I just think it was not what people expected. Anyways, I have had a long day of kids starting school, so I am not even sure I am making any sense right now!! :)

1. That Jacob & Ness imprinted was really cool! I hope someone does a book that will bring up that relationship.
2.I think that the end where she had the ability to project to Edward was really great, but seeing her in her dreams where she could have taken the volturi in a battle, would have been really great.
3. Honestly the honeymoon thing with the headboard stuff, brought me back to my teenager days. I thought it was good, but on a teenager level.... should get some heartbeats racing.
4. Ange said that in the other books there was no "The End" at the end, and at BD there was. Sad. But!!! if you google "twilight fan ficiton" there are a ton of spin offs, and some of then are great! You would think that it was really Stephanie Meyer

Amy, I loved the part where Bella was pissing off Jane, too! That made me smile and laugh when I read it. Too bad for the people that didn't like it! Everyone I've talked to so far loved it! It's not what I expected so far but I think that's a sign of a good writer. She doesn't write it out the way everyone is expecting or wants.

Milissa! You are SO funny! Headboards...ha ha!

BTW, I'm gonna check out some of the fan's writing and see if there's anything good! :)

Crap! I just re-read what I wrote about the headborads. I sound like a loose girl huh? ;) I forgot about the Jane part! I'm actally re-reading it in my bathroom right now. I love this one. I'm going to buy the rest now. I'm hoping that SM's hint about maybe some other books with other stories are true! That would be so great!!!!

I thought it was great. I am probably the only one in the world but I love Jacob. Always have. He has a wildness about him. I was so happy it turned out good for him. I got really sick of Bella stringing him along all the time. He would do anything for her and he seemed to always come out the bad guy. I was happy to see that Bella isn't half as wimpy as a vampire as she is as a human. Human Bella gets on my nerves sometimes. Love vampire Bella. Loved it when she figured out Jacob imprinted on Nessie. That was so funny.

Cookie! I feel the EXACT same way. I LOVE Jacob and his chapters- I have always liked him a little more than Edward. He's so funny and passionate! And it annoyed me how Bella never seemed to TRULY care about how hard it was for him to continue being her friend. It seemed a little selfish- she wanted to have her cake and eat it, too. (I never really understood that saying...) Vampire Bella= MUCH cooler. I can respect her now :)

Check this out!!! I was at bookreporter.com, and reading their interview of Stephanie Meyer, and she said:

Q: What’s next?

SM: I’m currently finishing writing the fourth book in the Twilight Saga, BREAKING DAWN, which will wrap up Bella and Edward’s story. I plan to then write MIDNIGHT SUN, which is TWILIGHT told from Edward’s perspective. After that, I may write some sequels for THE HOST, or I may pull another outline from my files to play with. I won’t stop writing; there are too many stories I want to tell.

I can't wait for that to come out!!! should be fun to see Edward's side of things. ;)
