Breaking Dawn Book 4 of the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer!

I finished the book LATE Friday night on our way down to St Jorge! I have been dying to discuss it with everyone who has finished it but there's always someone in close proximity who is still reading it or hasn't gotten to the last book yet or etc!!!! So here's my idea, in your comment tell me your thoughts!

Joshua won!!!!!

I am SOOOOO happy that Joshua won! I've never really liked the hip-hop/poppin' dancers as much but he really was versatile and such a strong dancer that he was my favorite guy from the beginning! I loved him and Twitch but am SOOOOOO excited for Joshua! I hope this opens up a lot of doors for him and we see a lot more of him! :)

Child sexual abuse needs to stop....

If you haven't already done this I think you should take a few minutes to check your area and become aware of what registered offenders may be living or working near you. I have used this link http://www.familywatchdog.us/Default.asp for several years and it is always updated. I also think it's important to be extremely selective of who you have around your children and to make sure you child knows from a VERY young age that they do NOT have to submit to every adult just because they are an adult. I'm sorry to get so serious but I am sick to death of hearing about children being abused! If anyone, family or not, EVER messed with my children or any of my family members they would firstly, get their hiney BEAT and secondly, they would never see me or my children again. I would prosecute them to the fullest! I know a few people who have been sexually abused as children and none of them pressed charges! This is NOT the way to handle an already horrible situation. If you don't stand up to these predators, they will go on to abuse others! K, I'm done ranting. Just PLEASE, please, please do all you can to protect children. No one, especially children, should go through that.

Rock of Love 3....Birthday fun....more dreading.

So my friend thought it would be funny to apply online for Rock of Love 3 with Bret Michaels because they were holding auditions in SLC this week so she applied online on Thursday. She called me Friday afternoon to tell me that she had an interview with Vh1 on Saturday at 2pm about being on ROL3! AFTER we almost died laughing, I offered to do her hair and makeup...here she is with our friend she took for "moral support"...

...it's pretty safe to say she's not the kind of girl they want (not slutty, a lush, or a stripper) but hey, maybe she'll be on the casting special!!! ;)

Then later that day we took Jaakson and Shae swimming cuz it was Jaakson's birthday! We had a BBQ later at Klint's mom's and had cake and presents! He was absolutely spoiled by everyone! We try so hard not to spoil him but honestly, EVERYONE else does so it's pretty impossible!!! Look at the intense concentration:

Every night we try to tighten up Klint's locks so they'll be encouraged to lock faster...here we are after watching "1000 B.C." and dreading for over an hour....

Klint is really going to learn patience after having dreadlocks...IF he makes it to the maturation stage, that is! ;)

P.S. For those of you that have been with me long enough and remember my Turbo Jam blog a few months ago, I'll be posting before and after pix the end of this week!!! :/ My love/hate relationship with soda has been LOVE lately so naturally those last 5 stubborn pounds aren't budging! Alas, I can't keep putting off posting my results like I promised, stay tuned! :)
